Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a exchange/return.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Be in the original packaging
Include the receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at Thehinduvastra@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
